We are pleased to offer a part-time vacancy for our growing practice.
Your job role will involve:
- Accurate recording of daily, weekly, monthly transactions through to trial balance
- Maintaining general ledgers, sales ledger, purchase ledger, cashbook
- Month end and Year end reports - profit and loss reports, balance sheets
- Bank reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Debtor and Creditor reports
- Financial management reports
We use the cloud-based accountancy software QuickFiles so you can work flexibly either on-site or from home.
Essential skills: You have a keen desire to become part of our team and contribute to the success of our company. You have a good understanding of book keeping, and do your job with accuracy and pride.
This position would be an excellent fit for a young mum who needs time for school runs, school plays etc or a college student in the final year, working on a finance or business degree.

You will be working directly with our General Manager and take the leading position in the preparation of a compelling sales strategy (including flyers, adverts, social media contents).
You need to demonstrate a genuine passion for our services, willingness to learn and can point to past experiences where you have delivered on a similar project beyond expectation.
