Elimination Plan

Elimination Plan

Eating food is like putting fuel in your car tank. Even if you use the best quality petrol in a diesel, your car will not work, no matter if you do it occasionally and just "a little bit".

Whilst we highly recommend to test for food intolerances, you might want to try an elimination diet first.

For the next 1-2 weeks you should remove the common food
allergens from your diet.

What to eat:

You can eat as much as you like of the following food groups – but
check the exclusions!

  • vegetables
  • rice
  • beans
  • fish (small fish, no tuna!)
  • 2-3 l of filtered or bottled spring
    water – no tap water!

What NOT to eat:

  • Gluten containing grains (in barley, rye, wheat,
    oats, spelt, and kamut)
  • Dairy foods
  • Eggs
  • Corn
  • Peanuts
  • Citrus fruits
  • Tomatoes
  • Peppers
  • Eggplant
  • Potatoes
  • Pork, beef/veal, sausage, cold
    cuts, canned meats, frankfurters
  • shellfish

Support your nutrition with:

  • plenty of filtered or bottled water: 2-3 liters
  • 2 tablespoons FRESHLY ground flax seeds
  • a Multivitamin with 100% RDA every day, e.g. MultiGuard Advance
  • Folic Acid 800 mcg every day
  • Vitamin C 1000 mg every day
  • Fish Oil capsules: EPA/DHA 400/200 mg, 2 per day
  • Magnesium 400-600 mg every day

Reintroduction Phase

Reintroduce one food item at the time, ever 4 days. Should you get a reaction, please avoid it from now, wait until your symptoms have settled, then start with the next item.

Please contact us, should you have any further questions, or
experience any problems.
