You can only order an advance prescription in combination with a follow-up report.

Once ordered, we will process your request, check it against your records and send the prescription directly to the chosen chemist, and copy you in. We aim to complete your request within 7 working days.

  • By placing this order you confirm that you have read and understood all information provided to you in your last thyroid report and on the information page for NDT.  
  • The cost of the medication is NOT included. You need to settle this directly with the chemist.
  • If you place this order and are NOT registered with our practice, or decide not to register following a pre-registration call, we can refund only £114 due to our administrative cost!
